Absolut Pitstop

The Absolut Pitstop drink is made from absolut mandrin, cream, sugar and espresso, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Absolut Pitstop Ingredients:

• 1 part Orange Vodka - Absolut Mandrin
• 9 parts Light Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1-1/3 oz Orange Vodka - Absolut Mandrin
• 1-1/3 oz Coffee - espresso

Instructions:

• Whip 1 part Absolut Mandrin, 9 parts light cream and 1 tsp sugar to make the cream.
• Add 2 ice cubes to an old-fashioned glass and add 1-1/3 oz Absolut Mandrin and 1-1/3 oz espresso or coffee.
• Pour the cream on top slowly, and garnish with fresh ground coffee, or instant coffee.
