Cafe de Cuba

The Cafe de Cuba drink is made from dark rum, creme de cacao, hot coffee and light cream, and served in a wine glass or an Irish coffee glass.

Cafe de Cuba Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Rum (Dark)
• 2/3 oz Crème de Cacao
• Coffee
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Drop a spoon into a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.
• Add the rum, creme de cacao and nearly fill with hot coffee.
• Top with whipped cream.

• White Wine Glass
