French Coffee

The French Coffee drink is made from cognac, brown sugar, hot coffee and whipped cream, and served in a wine or irish coffee glass.

French Coffee Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Cognac
• 2 tsp Brown Sugar
• Coffee - hot
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Pour the cognac and brown sugar into a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass, and stir.
• Leave the spoon in the glass, and pour the coffee over the spoon to prevent cracking.
• Top with lightly whipped cream.

• White Wine Glass
