Rocking Chair

The Rocking Chair drink is made from Benedictine, dry vermouth and apple soda, and served in a highball glass. If you cannot find any apple soda, try a mix of club soda and apple juice, in a 4:1 ratio.

Rocking Chair Ingredients:

• 1 oz Benedictine Liqueur
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• Apple Soda

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the Benedictine and dry vermouth, and top with apple soda.
• Garnish with fresh mint or lemon balm.

• Mint Sprig
