Purple Cactus

The Purple Cactus drink is made from Cointreau, prickly pear cactus fruit and tonic water, and served in a highball glass.

Purple Cactus Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit
• Tonic Water

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add Cointreau and ice, and shake vigorously, then pour into a highball glass.
• Top with tonic water and garnish with an orange twist.
