The Roman Cooler drink is made from Gin, Punt e Mes, Sweet Vermouth, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water, with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
