Opera Apeach

The Opera Apeach drink is made from peach vodka (aka Absolut Apeach), creme de cassis, lemon juice, sugar syrup and peaches, and served in a highball glass.

Opera Apeach Ingredients:

• 1 oz Peach Vodka - Absolut Apeach
• 1/3 oz Crème de Cassis
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/4 Peach(es) - cut into wedges

Instructions:

• Muddle the peach wedges with the creme de cassis in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Shake the peach vodka with the lemon juice, simple syrup and ice.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice, and strain the shaker into it.
