Pineapple Passion Mojito

The Pineapple Passion Mojito drink is made from cachaca, passionfruit, lemon-lime soda, pineapple, lime and mint leaves, and served in a highball glass.

Pineapple Passion Mojito Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1 oz Passion Fruit
• 1/3 oz Sugar Syrup
• Pineapple - 2 small pieces
• 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
• 5 Mint
• Lemon-Lime Soda - Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint, lime, pineapple and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add the passionfruit, cachaca and ice and shake well.
• Pour into a highball glass and top with lemon-lime soda, and garnish with fresh mint.
