Nice and Freeze

The Nice and Freeze drink is made from light rum, Cointreau, lime juice and Schweppes Russchian, and served in a highball glass.

Nice and Freeze Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Cointreau
• Schweppes Russchian
• 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice, and squeeze lime wedges over before dropping them in.
• Add rum and Cointreau, then fill with Schweppes Russchian or tonic water.

Garnish:

• Lime Wedge
