French Caipirinha

The French Caipirinha drink is made from cachaca, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and champagne, and served in a highball glass.

French Caipirinha Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 1-1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the cachaca, elderflower liqueru and grapefruit juice, then fill with champagne.
• Garnish with lime slices and a lime twist.
