Le Marseille Fruits Fizz

The Le Marseille Fruits Fizz drink is made from gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange bitters, egg white, fresh fruit and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Le Marseille Fruits Fizz Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• splash Sugar Syrup
• 1 Egg White / Substitute
• wedge Pineapple - or other fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the pineapple (or other fresh fruit) in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add the remaining ingredients, without ice, and shake vigorously.
• Once the egg is emulsified, add ice and shake again.
• Strain into a highball glass and garnish with an orange slice.
