Henrietta

The Henrietta drink is made from scotch, creme de cassis and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Henrietta Ingredients:

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1 dash Crème de Cassis
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the Scotch and creme de cassis, and fill with club soda.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint.
