Equator

The Equator drink is made from gin, raspberry liqueur and passionfruit juice, and served in a highball glass.

Equator Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 2/3 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Passionfruit Juice
• Tonic Water

Instructions:

• Shake the gin, raspberry liqueur and passionfruit juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass half filled with ice.
• Fill with tonic water, and garnish with a strawberry.
