Cognac Toddy

The Cognac Toddy drink is made from Cognac, lemon juice and hot tea, and served in a highball glass.

Cognac toddy Ingredients:

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1 Lemon - cut into wedges
• Tea - hot
• Sugar / Bar Sugar - to taste

Instructions:

• Squeeze the lemon wedges over the a highball glass before dropping them in.
• Add a spoon to the glass to prevent cracking, then add the cognac and hot tea.
• Add sugar to taste, and garnish with fresh mint.

• Mint Sprig
