Chum

The Chum drink is made from silver tequila, creme de cassis, egg white and ginger ale, and served in a highball glass.

Chum Ingredients:

• 1 shot Tequila (Silver)
• 1/2 shot Crème de Cassis
• 1 dash Egg White / Substitute
• Ginger Ale

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Shake all ingredients except the ginger ale with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glass and top with a little ginger ale.
