The St Germain Cocktail is made from St Germain elderflower liqueur, champagne and club soda, and served in a collins glass.

The St Germain Cocktail Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 2 oz Champagne
• 2 oz Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Add ice to a collins glass.
• Add all ingredients and stir.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
