The Island Cocktail is made from Pisco, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

The Island Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pisco
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with fresh mint, and sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
