The St Honore 75 cocktail is made from St-Germain elderflower liqueur, champagne and lemon juice, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

St Honore 75 Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Add St-Germain elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to a chilled champagne flute.
• Fill with chilled champagne.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
