Verdes

The Verdes drink is made from cachaca, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, apple and jicama, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

Verdes Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• Apple(s) - green, about 5 slices
• Jicama - about 5 pieces

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute containing an apple slice.

• Apple Slice
