Grappelini

The Grappelini cocktail is made from gin, dry vermouth and Sourz Apple, and served in a cocktail glass.

Grappelini Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 2/3 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/3 oz Sourz Apple

Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients well with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an apple slice.
