Horses Neck

The Horses Neck drink is made from brandy, Angostura bitters and ginger ale, and served in a highball glass.

Horses Neck Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 2 dash Angostura Bitters
• Ginger Ale

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the brandy, Angostura bitters and fill with ginger ale.
• Stir slightly and garnish wtih an orange slice.

Garnish:

• Orange Slice
