The Havana Green drink is made from light rum, Sourz Apple, Pisang Ambon, sour mix and tonic water, and served in a highball glass.

Havana Green Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 2/3 oz Pisang Ambon Liqueur
• 2/3 oz Sourz Apple
• 1 oz Lime Mix
• Tonic Water

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients, except the tonic water, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Fill with tonic water and garnish with a few olives and lime wedges.
