Diamond Head

The Diamond Head cocktail is made from Gin, Apricot Brandy, fresh lemon juice, bar sugar and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Diamond Head Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1/2 Egg White / Substitute - or 1/2 tbsp egg substitute

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
