Mojave Romance

The Mojave Romance cocktail is made from gin, apricot brandy and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Mojave Romance Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add gin, apricot brand and ice, and shake vigorously.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of cactus pear and fresh mint.

Garnish:

• Cactus Pear Slice
• Mint Sprig
