The Bacardi Symphony cocktail is mabe from rum (Bacardi), bitters, dry vermouth, Galliano and Grand Marnier Rouge, and served in a cocktail glass.

Bacardi Symphony Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Light) - Bacardi
• 1/2 oz Martini Bitter
• 1/2 oz Martini Extra Dry
• 1 tsp Galliano
• 1 tsp Grand Marnier

Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an orange peel, maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
