Cloister Cocktail

The Cloister Cocktail is made from Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice and bar sugar, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Cloister Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
