Champs Elysées

The Champs Elysées cocktail is made from Cognac, Yellow Chartreuse, Angostura Bitters, sugar and fresh lemon juice, and served in a cocktail glass.

Champs Elysées Ingredients:

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice.
• Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
