Cider House

The Cider House drink is made from rum, Midori melon liqueur, Angostura bitters and apple juice, and served in a coffee glass or Irish coffee glass.

Cider House Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1 oz Rum (Dark)
• 4 oz Apple Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Heat the apple juice.
• Add all ingredients to a coffee glass or an Irish coffee glass.
• Garnish with an apple slice and ground cinnamon.
