Brandy Crusta

The Brandy Crusta cocktail is made from Brandy, Cointreau, Maraschino Liqueur, sugar and fresh lemon juice, and served in a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.

Brandy Crusta Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 3/4 oz Cointreau
• 2 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tbsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar by wetting the rim with the lemon wedge, and dipping the glass into sugar.
• Shake the brandy, Cointreau, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice with ice.
• Strain into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
