After Eight Coffee

The After Eight Coffee drink is made from whiskey, creme de menthe, cocoa and hot coffee (or espresso), and served in a wine glass or an Irish coffee glass.

After Eight Coffee Ingredients:

• 1 part Hot Chocolate
• 1 part Crème de Menthe
• 1 part Whiskey
• Coffee - or espresso
• Milk - warm

Instructions:

• Stir the hot chocolate, creme de menthe and whiskey in a wine glass or an irish coffee glass.
• Add the coffee or espresso, and fill with warm milk.
• If desired, add a little sugar.
