White Cosmopolitan

The White Cosmopolitan cocktail is made from black currant vodka (aka Absolut Kurant), Cointreau and lemon juice, and served in a cocktail glass.

White Cosmopolitan Ingredients:

• 2 parts Absolut Kurant Vodka - blackcurrant vodka
• 1 part Cointreau
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a few mint leaves or lemon balm.
