Tornado

The Tornado cocktail is made from dark rum, white rum, lemon juice, egg white and passion fruit juice, and served in a cocktail glass.

Tornado Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Dark)
• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• dash Lemon Juice
• tsp Egg White / Substitute
• dash Passionfruit Juice

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with lemon balm or fresh mint.
