The Big Apple Mint Martini cocktail is made from apple vodka, apple juice, passion syrup, lime juice, passion syrup and mint leaves, and served in a cocktail glass.

Big Apple Mint Martini Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Vodka
• 1 tsp Passion Fruit Syrup
• 6 Mint
• Lime Juice - from 2 lime wedges
• 2 oz Apple Juice

Instructions:

• Muddle 4 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, and the remainder of the ingredients, and shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
