Silver Fizz

The Silver Fizz drink is made from Gin, fresh lemon juice, bar sugar, egg white and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Silver Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Fino Sherry
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 oz Orange Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water, with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
