The Sake Blossom is made by heating sake and St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and served in a shot glass.

Sake Blossom Ingredients:

• 4 parts Sake
• 1 part Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain

Instructions:

• Heat 4 parts sake and 1 part St-Germain elderflower liqueur.
• Transfer to a carafe or other container.
• Serve in shot glasses.
