Rareza

The Rareza drink is made from Parfait Amour, Sourz Pineapple, sour mix and raspberry soda, and served in a highball glass.

Rareza Ingredients:

• 1 oz Parfait Amour Liqueur
• 1 oz Sourz Pineapple
• 1 oz Sour Mix
• Raspberry Soda

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients, except the raspberry soda, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Pour into a highball glass half full of ice.
• Fill with raspberry soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
