Pretty Rickey

The Pretty Rickey drink is made from silver tequila, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime juice, sour cherries and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Pretty Rickey Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tequila (Silver)
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 4 Cherry - sour or maraschino
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the cherries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, tequila and St-Germain elderflower liqueur and shake well.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Fill with club soda and garnish with a lime slice and a cherry.
