Polonaise

The Polonaise drink is made from Brandy, Blackberry Brandy, Dry Sherry, fresh lemon juice and orange bitters, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Polonaise Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy
• 1/2 oz Fino Sherry
• 3 dash Lemon Juice - fresh
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice.
• Strain over ice into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
