Gilroy

The Gilroy Drink is made from Gin, Cherry Brandy, Dry Vermouth, fresh lemon juice and orange bitters, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Gilroy Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Cherry Brandy
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 3-5 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
