Mojito

The Mojito drink is made from white rum, club soda, mint, lime and sugar syrup, and served in a highball glass.

Mojito Ingredients:

• 2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 Lime
• Mint
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint with lime juice and sugar syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Add the rum and nearly fill with crushed ice.
• Fill with club soda, and add more mint for garnish.

• Mint Sprigs
