Matinee

The Matinee cocktail is made from Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse, fresh orange juice and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Matinee Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1/2 oz Orange Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
