Mandrin Sour

The Mandrin Sour drink is made from orange vodka (aka Absolut Mandrin), lemon juice and egg white, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Mandrin sour Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mandarine Napoleon
• 2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.
