The Kiwi Cooler drink is made from vodka, lemon juice, Roses lime, kiwi liqueur, kiwi fruit and lemon-lime soda, and served in a hurricane glass.

Kiwi Cooler Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Vodka
• 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
• 2/3 oz Rose's Lime
• 1/3 oz Kiwi Liqueur
• 1/2 Kiwi
• Lemon-Lime Soda - Sprite or 7-Up
• Crushed Ice

Instructions:

• Blend all the ingredients with about 1/2 cup of crushed ice, except the lemon-lime soda, until smooth.
• Pour into a hurricane glass and top with Sprite or 7-Up.
• Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
