Cabrioletti

The Cabrioletti drink is made from vodka, lime, sugar, sider and crushed ice, and served in a hurricane glass.

Cabrioletti Ingredients:

• 1 shot Vodka
• 2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 cup Crushed Ice
• Apple Cider
• Lime - slices or wedges

Instructions:

• Muddle the lime slices and sugar in the bottom of a chilled hurricane glass.
• Add the crushed ice and vodka, and stir.
• Fill with cider.
