Caipiroska

The Rock Island drink is made from vodka, lime wedges and sugar, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Caipiroska Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 Lime
• 2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Cut the lime into 8 wedges. In the bottom of the glass muddle half the lime wedges with the sugar.
• Add vodka, and crushed ice and stir slightly.
• * Note that 1 lime makes 2 drinks
