Modern Mojito

The Modern Mojito drink is made from cachaca, lemon-lime soda, simple syrup, basil and lime, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Modern Mojito Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/4 Lime - cut into wedges
• Basil - 2 leaves shredded
• Lemon-Lime Soda - to top

Instructions:

• Muddle the lime and basil in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, simple syrup and cachaca, then shake well.
• Pour into an old-fashioned glass and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda.
• Garnish with fresh basil.
