Gin and Ginger

The Gin and Ginger drink is made from Gin and ginger ale, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Gin and Ginger Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• Ginger Ale - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes and add the gin.
• Twist lemon over the glass and drop it in.
• Fill with ginger ale and stir gently.

Garnish:

• Lemon Twist
