The Four Fathoms is made from cognac, bourbon, pureed pear and apple juice, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Four Fathoms Ingredients:

• 1 part Cognac
• 1 part Bourbon
• 1 part Pear(s) - puree
• 1 part Apple Juice

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
• Garnish with a few pieces of pear.
