El Camino

The El Camino cocktail is made from tequila, Tequila Rose and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

El Camino Cocktail Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tequila (Silver)
• 1 oz Tequila Rose
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add tequila, Tequila Rose and ice, then shake vigorously.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of cactus pear and an orange peel.

Garnish:

• Cactus Pear Slice
• Orange Peel
