Cactus Jewel

The Cactus Jewel drink is made from rum, Tequila Rose and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Cactus Jewel Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1-1/2 oz Tequila Rose
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add rum and Tequila rose, then shake well with ice.
• Pour into a chilled collins glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
